Bringing together artist-in-residence programs and artists is the mission of Artists-In-Residence.com. Browse our listings and find out about the many opportunities for artists. Our membership is open to artist-in-residence programs, art-related organizations and artists. Join our community and submit a listing or create an online portfolio.
You may become a member, for free, of Artists-In-Residence.com by registering for a new account. After that, you may create a listing for your artist-in-residence program, yourself as an artist, your business or other art-related organization.

We offer three levels of listings: free, six-month paid, and one-year paid. Each level has increased benefits.

Our membership is limited to the following categories:
     Organizations that offer artist-in-residence programs
Established and emerging artists and craftsmen in the visual, performing, and literary arts
     Teachers, coaches, and consultants
     Art institutions, organizations and associations

Basically, if an artist-in-residence program exists for an artistic discipline, then we accept members in that discipline.
Listings created by members present many opportunities to showcase their talents and share their work.

Organizations with Artist-In-Residence programs may create a listing to help publicize their A-I-R opportunities. Images, as well as documents such as press releases and applications, may be included and made available for downloading by applicants.

Individual artists may create an online portfolio featuring images of their latest works as well as information such as biographies to showcase their talents and promote their careers. Resumes and CV's may also be included in the listing and made available for downloading.

Arts-related businesses and organizations may create listings to promote their services and increase their online presence.
Members of Artists-In-Residence.com have many ways to make connections with other artists and arts organizations.

A listing creates an online presence. If you already have a personal or business website it will help increase your online presence.  Link your Artists-In-Residence.com listing with your social media accounts and share your updates. Paid members may submit press releases or guest articles for publication in the Latest News section of the website.
